FAMILY LAW SERVICES:
Our Family Law Section promotes the empowerment of individuals through advocacy in the legal system. We assist in child custody, dissolution/divorce, paternity establishment, contempt of court, child support establishment or modification, domestic violence restraining orders, spousal support or alimony, and adoptions on a case-by-case basis. Specific case are confidential.
INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS:
Kapri Law Firm coordinates and manages a Human Rights Section which oversees the efforts and mission of promoting international human rights through advocacy, awareness, and advancement in a multidisciplinary approach through policy and legal changes, grassroots efforts, education, and representation of individuals on a case-by-case basis. Specific cases are confidential.

CIVIL RIGHTS:
Our Civil Rights Section works with the community to enhance understanding of civil rights and advocates for victims on a case-by-case basis. Specific cases are confidential. Kapri Law has been a member of a national database of attorneys providing pro bono legal services for protesters arrested during George Floyd protests.
