FAMILY LAW SERVICES (Including Estate Planning) 

Our Family Law Department promotes the empowerment of individuals through advocacy in the legal system.  We assist in child custody, dissolution/divorce, paternity establishment, contempt of court, child support establishment or modification, spousal support or alimony, and adoptions on a case-by-case basis.  Specific case are confidential. As part of our family law department, we also offer services for estate planning and probate. Our goal is to be your law firm when any unexpected events occur to help people transition to a better life with sound legal advice and guidance. 

 

INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS:

Kapri Law Firm coordinates and manages a Human Rights Section which oversees the efforts and mission of promoting international human rights through advocacy, awareness, and advancement in a multidisciplinary approach through policy and legal changes, grassroots efforts, education, and representation of individuals on a case-by-case basis. Specific cases are confidential.

CIVIL RIGHTS:

Our Civil Rights Section works with the community to enhance understanding of civil rights and advocates for victims on a case-by-case basis. Specific cases are confidential. Kapri Law has been a member of a national database of attorneys providing pro bono legal services for protesters arrested during George Floyd protests.

The founder of Kapri Law, Shadan Kapri, frequently writes about civil rights issues and published a book regarding civil rights and international human rights titled, “The Red Movement.” For more information please visit:
